No. You're only charged for calls where the agent actually speaks. If a call goes to voicemail or drops before the agent picks up, there's no charge.
Yes. Pick the model per agent. Use Haiku for simple, fast agents and Sonnet or Opus when you need deeper reasoning. You pay the rate for the model your agent uses.
Phone numbers are purchased separately at A$1.40/month per number. You can buy local Australian numbers directly from the platform.
